Roger Moore 2nd time as James bond
the film was set was set in the middle of 1973s big energy crisis

1.To show important scenes and parts of the movie .

2. the connotations are that he's ready to fight he's in a position where he has his guard up which shows he would be in battle his outfit is a plain black basic suit which can show his wealth and that he is ready for business and his facial expressions have no care they are emotionless and the fact that he's holding a gun will show that he isn't weak nor vulnerable .

IMAGES--
-In the poster for the James bond film you have an each different photo which they have layered together for example they have used the 2 'bond girls' separately that they have replaced and they have put the blonde one to look like she's stoping James from getting shot by the villain and the golden gun with the bullet that has 007 carved into it and the other one to just stand there n look pretty but however it looks like she is pointing the gun towards James like she is showing the villain where he is they also have 2 landmarks in the top two corners showing where they have been at this battle and the fact that James has a laser gun aiming towards him but however if you loo below that image you can see the damage that this weapon has already done .
